human body is full of amazing system, each one of them whit a unique role to
carry out, some of them are vital for our existence like the nervous system or
the circulatory system, among others, I will talk about
the circulatory system, specifically about the heart, because this one is
one of the most important systems in the body, without the heart no other organ
can function.
Sadly
the heart can have a lot of diseases, some of them are Coronary artery disease, in which the inner walls of the arteries narrows reducing the blood flow to the heart . Another one is Heart failure, in this one the heart can't beat out enough blood to meet the needs of the body.
Hearth diseases are the most common cause of death in the world, many of them caused for unhealthy habits like a poor diet, smoking, among other, for this reason a balanced diet and exercise can help a lot you are keeping your heart healthy.
